My other half was trying to delete the internet history in case I found out about something he was looking at and has wiped all my cookies!!!!
I keep trying to log into Amazon and it won't let me saying I don't have cookies enabled, but I do and its set to accept all cookies.
How do I get them back or fix this?

If they have been deleted you could try a program like Recuva to 'undelete' them but probably not worth the trouble. Re-enable them in IE or FF:-
FF....
Tools/Options
Privacy Tab
Tick "Accept Cookies from Sites"
IE....
Tools/Internet Options
Privacy Tab
Set privacy settings to default.
Tell your other half you have installed some monitoring software on the PC and watch him panic - lol :-)0 -
Just for your future info, you can delete cookies everyday and it won't affect the login on any website other than you have to enter your name/pass each time.
The error messages will be about cookies being disabled not missing ones.
SO as said above just check the option to accept cookies is on and it will be fine.
You don't really need to recover cookies ever, only for e.g if you need the login details and the site doesn't have a "forgotten your password" button/service.

I need around £10,000. Help me get there! :cool:0 -
Thank you for the replys, I have changed the privacy settings to default and also turned my comp on and off in case it needed it to kick in but still Amazon.co.uk asks for cookies.
All I get it this;
To continue shopping at Amazon.com, please enable cookies in your Web browser. Learn more about cookies and how to enable them. Once you have enabled cookies in your browser, please click on the button below to return to the previous page
Any thing else I can try, I've sold some things on it and want to get them ready for Monday lol

To get round your problem, download Firefox browser, that runs independantly from IE and should give you access to Amazon.0
