Carling "Home Draught" pump

Hi all,
Bought one of these new Carling Home Draught pumps from Morrisons, who were doing a trial price.
All seems fine, apart from the beer is flat. And it tastes horrible when its flat.
I followed all the instructions etc, but this just seems to be one of those gimmicks.... it costs less to buy it in the cans, and at least you will guarantee it will be fizzy
Ah well. £14 loss.

I bought one of these but it seemed fine, except that when I bought it I thought it said Carlsberg rather than Carling which I hate.Male.

I hate Carling when its flat LOL
I submitted some feedback on Carling's site about it, I would have taken it back to Morrisons but cant find receipt, so it wont be worth all the hassle.
Am adding lemonade to it to make shandys, at least that way its fizzy LOL0 -
helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
I have a Carslberg draughtmaster, best thing I ever bought until recently that is. They no longer produce carlsberg kegs for it, only carlsberg export which I could drink when I was younger but nowadays its far too strong.
I didnt know they did a carling one, I love that stuff so will have a look at them, Let me know if you sort the flat issue out as it may sway my decision0 -
Maybe you just gog a duff unit? Clearly isn't meant to be flat, as gassiness is one of the hallmarks of lager! Look on the side of the barrell or unit for a customer services number and call them up, I'd imagine they'll want to replace it pronto and make you happy.0
