dangerously slippery laminate flooring

I have QuickStep laminate through out the lounge and kitchen (open plan), and the new girlfriend's hair is weaved (not her real hair, but hair purchased and woven into her own hair - girls will know what im on about) Since she's been around, and obviously some falls out in time, as we sweep the laminate daily it seems to of got really slippery (in socks AND barefeet). Any suggestions to 'de-polish' it? Cant avoid her hair getting on it, and we sweep it every day, just its becoming a bit of a health and safety issue
