    Thanks for all the advice.

Just waiting to hear where the DVLA's information came from now.

In the meantime, Lu has just received a letter that she since requested from her neurologist, stating "your [December] routine EEG showed no frank focal abnormality or epileptiform activity".

Lu did not have an epileptic attack of any sort in December and the eeg confirms a consistent result with that pretty clearly I feel.

We, and the DVLA, can only go on what they are told. In post #10 you said...."Last year in March, Lu had a "focal seizure" which ended up being a symptom of a Brain tumor."

    ????

WWH, I don't know what game your trying to play here. I've only stated that Lucy did not have an epileptic attack in December, while the DVLA states she did.

This is the misinformation we're interested in.

I'm already biting my tongue about your needless patronising definition of epilepsy and your general up-nosed remarks. But I am completely baffled by this most recent post. What exactly is your point?

    They've been informed of everything.

    ....

...Err I take it I'm missing some sort of "funny" wind up here? I remember reading good advice here a few years ago, wasn't expecting troll games.

The DVLA are a joke, hence this quote that he is amazed that they havent fined you for something.

As posted the only way to get your info is through the DPA.

Yes they have messed you around, like alot of companys do.

Dont give up get the info then you will have something to back up your corner with.

Ive been fighting a company over the info they hold for me for 2 years, now looks like going to court.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

December was when they reviewed the suspension. But, if my attitude offends, I'll but out.

    Joe

Get the info they hold from DPA, then any misinformation contact ICO and report for false info on file.

Your attitude would maybe be slightly more tolerable if you had actually read this sentance:
She has recently been told by the dvla that she cannot drive for at least a further 6 Months, this is due to a 12 Month restriction on driving after a "seizure" that she apparently had in December.

...I didn't really want to post any backstory as it's clouding the issue. She did not have a seizure in December, yet the DVLA have recently informed her that she did.
