urgent help needed plz regarding serif software

I have a serif software. I need to print something out urgently.
How my printer has broke down
.
I had an idea that if i take the document to print as a photo print in asda, then it would work.
However, i will have to transfer the page onto usb....now this page will not print/open in asda since they wont have serif software.
Can anyone tell me how i cam change the serif pageplus x3 document to a jpg image?
