Help! Friend has accidentally dyed her hair jet black

From memory when I last dyed my hair dark brown it came out black, and faded to the colour it should have been within a few weeks. But obviously this depends on how often you wash your hair, and if it's seriously bothering her than Colour B4 would be the quickest solution.

This turned my hair orange :eek: wish i'd never touched it!
Dont think it works on any warm shades/shimmer tones.
