Pink Alton Towers ticket query

Hi please could someone help me before I explode:(

This morning I recieved 4 concert tickets to see Pink perform live at Alton Towers. 2 for me and DH and 2 for DS who is 12 and DD who is 9. Before ordering the tickets I carefully read the terms and conditions which stated " standing only, it is recommended that under 14s are accompanied by an adult " So we went ahead and booked as it was a recommendation and therefore would be complying with it.

So after reading the back of the tickets this morning it states, " ticketholders under 14 years old WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE STANDING AREA".:eek: There is only standing area.

I tried phoning Alton Towers but the constomer service deptartment aren't open til Monday:mad:
What are my rights on this do you think my children will be allowed in to the concert?

That's madness, I doubt very much that that is the case, they must have had a printing error with the tickets or something. It said nothing about age restrictions when I booked mine, let us know how you get on.

I have phoned Alton Towers this morning and great news children are allowed to attend the Pink concert. I will have 2 very happy children when they return from school this afternoon.

Can't wait now !!!!
