i sent a ppi reclaim to the onbudsman in nov 2009 against central capital for a missold ppi on my 1st plus loan
the adjucator has upheld my claim this week in my favor and awaiting a responce from central capital on wether they want to settle it or go to the onbudsman
my question is this
because the cost of the ppi was added to the loan and the company selling it was central capital not 1st plus will the ppi refund be made to me or deducted off the remaining loan amount
i could do with the money myself but suppose £8k of the loan wouldnt be so bad
any help apriciated

Hi there
Congratulations.
As long as there are no arrears/missed payments the amount should be refunded directly to you, well done.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
