the usual suspects are lidl (£1.99 for 40litres, not the peat free stuff as it's full of bark and twigs and roots and generally only useful as soil improver). wickes are doing 4x75l for £12. Wilkos are 97p for their 15l bags and the supermarkets should have a similar offer.
I'm currently buying from my local garden centre 3x60l for £10. It's not the uber cheapest but it's been reliable.0 -
I love the wickes stuff and also had huge success using JTF 4 70 litres for £10 +VAT, so wickes is just a bit cheaper. If you have a JTF store close by you need to be a member. If you don't have a business you can register as an employeee. Oh and just a note on the Wickes compost, be carefull when picking these bags up as they rip pretty easily.0

Another vote for wICKES HERE - 4 X 75L BAGS FOR £12 oops sorry caps lock - and it is good stuff.0

My vote is for wickes too. They have just changed the bags so I hope the compost is still good my Son Picked up 4 bags for me last week it said £3.99 and nothing else he phoned me to say but I advised him to ask and yes it was still 4 for £12. If you don't ask you dont get
Used J Arthur Bowers but it was Twiggy and It was rubbish this year. so I will stick to wickes, the only minor problem with Wickes we were going to club in and buy a load between us my Dad, Brother-in-law, Nephew and me would have been looking at 60 bags but they don't deliver Compost. so the other 3 ordered Erin Compost from the local Garden Centre and they all had Poor results and my wickes were excellent Gloat Gloat The solving of a problem lies in finding the solvers.0
