Bluetooth connection?

Hi
I have a bluetooth dongle which has always worked fine on my lappy, and I was able to upload photos from myphone no probs. very intuitive and easy to use even for me!!!
Anyway, I now have a new phone, and my lappy is poorly, so plugged the dongle into the desktop. Desktop can find my phone fine, but my phone can't find the desktop.... any ideas?
Any help would be much appreciated as I tend to lose digital photos unless they are on FB, and I got a fab one of DS today on my phone

WHich phone? Does it not come with a USB cable, lot more reliable than bluetooth. Have you loaded the phone drivers on the desktop.

hi, its a samsung e250, and was gifted to me 2nd hand, so i didn't get any software for it. can i download the driver off the internet?
