Linking together video clips from dig camera

Can someone please tell if there is a way of linking together all the mini 10 - 20 second clips taken with a Kodak CX 7530 Digital camera to create one longer video. Also, is it possible to delete some unneccesary footage? Are there any online courses for a novice pc/dig camera user?
