Long Stay Holiday Insurance for an Over 65

I am just trying to sort out holiday insurance for my mum however none of the sites seem to do an annual policy that would cover a 68 year old for six weeks at a time. She has no pre-existing medical conditions.
Any ideas?
Have managed to get a quote from direct line but its only for a single trip and costs just over £60.00.
