I've tried that five times DS and nothing. When I flick the switch at the back the screen stays blank until I press the button on the front and then it just says stop.

Nothing will happen.IIRC,the box is unable to talk to the network properly either by bad signal levels or a return path issue.

Dusty, what make of box is it?

Check your PM's,I've sent you instructions on how to check the return path & levels on a Pace or Samsung box.

    The engineer came today.

He said that there is a known software fault on loads of the boxes I have

He has switched it for now for a regular HD box and says we will get a HD+ box at some time in the future but there may be a bit of a backlog
