misfire

I had my purse stolen yesterday :mad: and it had my life in it... including my Whipsnead annual passes (birthday present for me and my son) something I would not normally have! only had them in my purse as used them for half term.

I was all ready to argue my case for replacements - but explaining to the first telephone opperator what had happened she was lovely and so sympathetic telling me about when she had her bag stolen. I was transferred to the membership department and they also couldn't have been more helpful, new passes in the post and will be with us next week.

I had to phone loads of places and get all my cards cancelled and Whipsnead were by far the most helpful and sympathetic. After my bank cards (all cancelled no money taken) the Whipsnead cards were the most expensive thing in my purse so very grateful I could get replacements.
