If you are selfemployed, work from home and need to expand, u should consider converting a garage or spare room into a bespoke office.
This is what I did and claimed 100% of the cost against my profits. The plus side aswel is that it added value to my home.0 -

Have you considered CGT on part of the property used for business? Are you paying business rates on that part?0 -
Thank you everyone ........ My main work place is my home office. I will get in touch with Inland Revenue and starting claiming my £3 a week.
