can anyone help me my sons father has own business but it is in his new wifes name,she is named as the director i am sure he would be somehow named but cannot findout where.Iam sure he would not trust her to control all accounts .I have asked csa to investigate this. he has supplied them with wageslips as if he is employed by her so his income is a joke.has anyone have any idea how i can find this information.it looks like he will get away with this again.Why can't he just be fair and honest ????????????

    Is it a LTD company? You should be able to find out some info at Directories House - I think you can get an ownership breakdown and some accounts info for £10? Don't know if anybody has a link to it????

    There are so many loopholes here for nrp's to reduce their income. I don't know if it's possible to do here or not - but can you take it to court and have them impute an income on him if it looks like he is hidng income to dodge the responsibility? I had to do this elsewhere where self employment income suddenly reduced by about $100K when child support became an issue.

    Because he knows he can get away with it so he pays as little as possible. And unfortunatly too meny dads get away with that!

    The company info can be downloaded from companies house website for £1 per report.

    yes i have checked with them and it shows new wife as director.accountant as secretary.

    What kind of company is it? Is he the sole money earning employee?

    I hope for your ex's sake the his wife and the accountant never run off together :eek:

    I would download a set of annual accounts that are filed annually.
