It has. Wookster and Carlot have already posted this exact same story.
Why not read the thread titles ~ works for me.
I guess a 0.2% fall made you so excited you just couldn't help yourself. :rotfl:

Its probably a boring time for bears and bulls. Give or take a fractional percentage, house prices have basically stagnated and aren't appeasing either side. Nothing happening so nothing to argue about

I don't subscribe to this big crash thats coming. Good property is selling and always will, but theres plenty of people on the flipside desperately trying shift their property. This is why I see a correction occuring. Those who have to sell will have to accept the economic situation and what they get offered. I still think theres a fair bit of denial among sellers. I reckon falls of about 10%, but not much more than that. A correction, but not a fullscale crash.
Just my opinion though.0 -
PMSL I can't beleive people are preaching the second coming of the crash after a 0.2% fall (0.1 in London???). I really can't.0

But it's great news for normal people who want to buy a home for themselves and not just to exploit others.

When IR gets forced up is going to be real problem.
I say small drops or stagnation in 2010 and then a crash in 2011.0 -

That's because the BOE reduced interest rates and halted the fall. I suppose they could do that again..... Oh wait.0 -
