I need to speak to someone at my local branch of HSBC but I have been told they don't have personal account managers. Is this true?

why do you need it to be a personal account manager?0

Because its my personal account I have an issue with. The FSA are now taking up the complaint on my behalf though.0

You should be able to talk to any of the HSBC staff in a branch though your account won't have one dedicated person responsible for it..

So, rather than an account manager who is 'personal' to you, you are actually looking for someone that manages your 'personal account'?
That's anyone at your local branch, then.0 -
I think you'll find guys Lokolo has already answered my question.0

Surely you're not raising the issue that you haven't got a dedicated manager with the FSA?Reformed Saver!0
