Bathroom units: Utopia vs Roper Rhodes

I've just had two similar quotes for a small downstairs cloakroom re-fit. Both similar prices (around £700-£800 + fitting) for a concealed cistern unit + corner basin.

Is there much difference in quality between the two brands, does anyone know?
