Hi
If you want a good wireless modem router go to Currys quick. They have the DG834PN wireless modem router with USB adaptor for £79. I believe they may have got this wrong on the website...go to the Curry's website and click on Bank Holiday Deals...you will see the DG834PN router as £79...go into any Currys shop and it will be priced at £99...take along a printout from the website and you will get this for £79 :T
I believe they have the prices mixed up with the DG824 router as this is a router not a MODEM router...
What do you think people?? :rotfl:

It looks like they got their numbers mixed up because the description is of the 824.0 -
This is a bank holiday promotion also available from PcWorld (I'm guessing the promotion is the same at Currys with them all being part of the same group). Its being advertised on TV as well (with the £399 Toshiba laptop and TomTom).
Price is £79.99, looks like a decent wireless modem router to me.

Be careful, as the Currys link is for a [colour=red] NETGEAR DG834PNUK AND WPN111GE Wireless DSL Routers 283869 [/red] which is not a MODEM ROUTER but has a DSL connection for use by cable customers. It is not for use with a landline ADSL (Broadband) connection!0 -

That is wrong. The DG834PNUK IS A MODEM ROUTER. Curry's must have that wrong as well.0 -

That is incorrect. I have just bought one and you can plug this directly into you phone socket (rj11). Currys has got the information wrong on their website...wrong price I believe as well...:j0 -
PC World seem to have it for the same price for Collect In Store
