I'm having a really hard time today - so this is really just a vent...
I've just about got my head around this mornings post, but I can't deny this has really thrown me.
Why is this happening now? It is exactly 4 months to the day since I went bankrupt, so why now?
Has anyone else had one of these disclosure thingies, if so what was the outcome? Cant think it would be anything other than my medical records - im sure they have had access to everything else
I've just put it in the post but still can't stop panicing, thought Id got past this behaviour I really did.0 -
If i had to guess then i would say that probably they would have done your interview and written to your doctor afterwards, waiting first to see what info they would need, Generally the doctors are not usually to quick in getting back and have probably declined to give them info first. The OR would probbly have sent a few letters back and forth explaining why they are entitled to the info and all this takes time. After a while they have probably decided that the best way is to get you to sign a disclosure form
It really is nothing to worry about. Dont be afraid to give them a ring and just enquire what it is and why it is needed, then you will know, if they want you to sign something they should be willing to give you a reason whyHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

If your that worried, you can always ring and ask, most examinors dont mind clarifying things, they are probebly used to getting worried calls asking what things mean.0

Thanks Falze your picture cheered me up. Glad things are moving in the right direction for you.
Thanks again to all for your advice.
Needless to say I'd left it too late so didn't hear back from OR's office. I am trying to put it to the back of my mind, h-fully I will find out on Monday and it will be as suspected.
Haven't seen this late in a while, sleep seems far off at the mo - have been expecting something to come and bite me on the bum - guess this is it...oh I hope its nothing too drastic - can't imagine what else it could be though?0
