Two things she did shocked me - suggesting the Queen needed fitflops

    How dare she!

Has she not had any media training on what you can and can't say?:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I only hope it was her and Boots didn't try to pretend - because if so they are in worse trouble :rotfl:

  • As if the Queen needs fitflops anyway, she probably has swan feather cushioned insoles or something.

Well millions of people all over the world wear high heels (I bet she saw hundreds of them at the Glamour event she was going on about) - and they don't walk like '!!!!!! ducks'

Considering she promotes shoes and talks about rehabiliation - she is taking the pi$$ - considering many 'spastics' are the ones buying them to help their backs :mad::mad::mad:

I am seriously gobsmacked they didn't edit it before it came on our screens :eek::eek::eek:

It was badly managed, I have arthritis in my knees and back problems and asked if these fitflops would be suitable, didn't get answered, I wasn't that fussed about winning a pair but did think it was a great opportunity to get advice from an expert, never mind, I'll stick to my lovely comfy Accessorise ones loads cheaper too

Might ask her what she was thinking of if I see her in King's Road, it's very local to me and shop there often.

That's the worst thing, it wasn't even much advice. We could read the FAQs on the website for all the help that she was.

It was all about her - I would have actually purchased the black diamonte fit flops to wear with capri pants for summer.. however, I will actually buy the black ones elsewhere and stick my own diamontes on with superglue :rotfl:

Same her I have a bad back and asked about wearing them before I spend that sort of money. But my quest didn't get through either.
Thanks to all who post comps :)

Useless waste of time and the boots complaint form isn't particularly good for getting your points across.

    I might ring them up.
