i need to keep putting username in sites on web, any help please

ok, everytime i go from a certain web page such as MSE for example and come back to it i have to reinput my username and pw. not sure whats happened but its on lots of web pages i need to input this info

im using windows xp and latest IE. something has happened and not sure where to look. Even though i press, remember me and i go off IE I have to reenter my UN and PW

any help please

I think you've deleted your cookies/ have it set up to delete cookies - which is a good thing in terms of security but means you have to relog on etc.

Think under Tools = Internet Options = Privacy = Options (? I THINK - 3rd one from the left next to Import) = Untick overwrite cookies

Also on The first page (All?) = History = options = History = increase the days you keep the history

I think there's an add on which adds details for you online too on firefox...

Also use LastPass and you'll only need to remember one password (make it strong) and your passwords will also be entered automatically if you use the firefox extension.
