Bipolar disorder and esa

i seen my psychiatrist Yesterday and i was told i have Bipolar but on fit note(run out 28/7/10) it say depression i have fill in my esa 50 with new info what will happen.... will they make there decision on me haveing Bipolar or depression ???
has well my dla as been renew for 5 more years i get hrc lrm the same as befor

Use the ESA50 to put down everything that is wrong with you.
