Problem with Vista Guest account

Hi, Can someone please help me with a problem with the guest account on Vista. When I activate the guest account, the administrator's folders ie documents etc are made available and are accessible to view and amend. However, if I sign in using a standard account, the same admin folders are not accessible - if I try to access them, I get a msg that I am not authorised but will allow me to key in the admin p/w. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this problem with the guest account and how to resolve it? It may have something to do with the UAC, but I am now out of ideas on what to do next. Any advise would be much appreciated.
