What should i do with this email?

I had a buyer who has not recieved shoes from last week!
I have been in full contact and more than helpful
One minute they are happy and patient and the next i get this email

    That is deeply unpleasant. Report them to ebay for abuse if nothing else.

    Good idea - can you PM me their ebay ID so I can add them to my (ever growing) blocked bidders list?

    I would personally

    Block them from bidding on your account

    report them for abuse

    issue a refund and claim it back of RM if you have certificate of postage, only give them the amount they paid NOTHING more. (unless the item was sent tracked you will never know if they did receive the item or not)

    If they leave negative feedback you can reply to it, but be polite and straight to the point.
