I had a buyer who has not recieved shoes from last week!
I have been in full contact and more than helpful
One minute they are happy and patient and the next i get this email
Your a scank! I no u avnt sent the boots out. U probly wanted more for um. . I want a full refund & extra as u skanked me of ur feedback. I'm gona get in contact with eBay and sure to make z complaint. You con artist. U wait

I would def report them for abuse and block them from bidding on your future listings.
If you have not sent the item recorded/special then let them open a dispute where they will get a refund for only what they paid. Do NOT give them any extra!0 -

I would personally
Block them from bidding on your account
report them for abuse
issue a refund and claim it back of RM if you have certificate of postage, only give them the amount they paid NOTHING more. (unless the item was sent tracked you will never know if they did receive the item or not)
If they leave negative feedback you can reply to it, but be polite and straight to the point.0
