Best time of year to buy double glazing??

Does anyone know what time of year you're likely to get the best deals on double glazing?
In some ways I think mid-winter as nobody want builders in around then and would have had it done before the bad weather, but then on the other hand mid summer nobody is really thinking about insulating their home as it's so warm anyway!!
