Whats reasonable

I brought a refurbished DS lite off ebay and recieved it a week last Thursday, It was faulty so i returned tracked it for repair or replacment thay recieved it Monday.

My question is how long is reasonable to ask when I wiil get it back and is it too late to ask for a refund ?

The place is only 7 miles up the road but thay dont allow collections.

Firstly, what did you ask them to do - repair or refund? If you did ask for a repair, then did you ask how long it would take?If they stated a time period, then message them to make sure they understand that if it cannot be done in that time, then you will be requesting a refund. If you asked them to repair, then IMO you should allow them to do so, giving them a "reasonable" amount of time to repair it. Maybe a week? But again, message them, politely stating that if they cannot do this within this time, then you will be asking for a refund. Hope this helps/makes sense!
