Remortgage help please!

Heres our situatuation:

I have bad credit history from previous relationship my partner had good credit. His hours were reduced last year resulting in us struggling with debts. We entered a debt management plan - stupidly paying for their service! Before the plan a personal loan of 25k was always paid on time. They took over that and other debts and didnt pay enough to Natwest for the loan and we have now resulted in charging orders on our property in both names. Our mortgage has always been paid on time (as was the loan prior to DM plan) they are our priority debts. We now want to remortgage to repay the loan to remove the charge. Is this possible - which companies would offer on these circumstances? We would need a high loan amount to get enough to pay off the mortgage and loan. We are having the property valued today but it should be in the region of 100,000 - we have a mortgage balance of 64,000 and a balance of 27500 on loan inc court costs etc. We have had nothing but bad advice throughtout and feel a little bullied by Irwin Mitchell Solicitors who are representing Natwest. We made agreements with them and were told no further action would be taken but they have just pushed and pushed and we are now scared of losing our home. Help please!

With the adverse credit you won't be able to borrow that much. You'd be lucky to achieve £75k.
