I see my earlier post listing the whois.com registrent information for the website has been deleted.
forum_faqs_small_bubble.gifI posted a company director's name and address but it's gone, why?
Forum users should not post their or anyone else's personal details (full names, email addresses, home addresses or telephone numbers) on the forum or send them via PM (private message). This includes personal details found on public lookup sites such as Whois.com and Companies House.

Posters should also not harvest, collect or use information about others, including e-mail addresses.

These guidelines are here to give you a legitimate expectation of how the forum runs, but don't bind us.

In other words, it's Martin's site, Martin's rules. In case of any dispute, refer to the aforementioned rule :D

Even so it is quite possible to state that the same person is also the registrant of a website - www.drivingusa.net which would seem to be offering the self-same service. One would wonder quite how a service of this type could be offered so widely? Both sites are hosted by The Planet in Houston, Texas.

The give away is in the T & C's - "The UKDriving packages have been designed to provide you with the proven framework in setting-up your own courier service. We are not in any way offering paid employment by ourselves nor act as any kind of agency. We provide all the information and know-how required to build a professional image and attract self employed courier work. We do not however provide any guarantees. Success is down to the application and effort of each individual."
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
