Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”), courtesy of Virgin Money Personal Financial Service Ltd (“Virgin Money”), is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees or family members of employees of Virgin Money or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
2. The Prize Draw is promoted by Moneysupermarket.com Limited (“Moneysupermarket.com”), whose registered offices are at Moneysupermarket House, St. Davids Park, Ewloe, Flintshire, CH5 3UZ.
3. There will be one winner (“Prize Winner”) drawn at random from those participants entering the Prize Draw. Entry into this competition is by way of filling in the competition entry from on moneysupermarket.com.
4. There is one single prize which includes:
   • A 3 night break for 2 people in Italy for the 2010 Italian Grand Prix at Monza including Virgin Racing Paddock Club tickets.
   • Accommodation will be in 2 single rooms or 1 double room depending on the winner’s requirements and breakfast is included.
   • Return flights leaving Friday 10 September and returning Monday 13 September. The winner will be notified the departure flight times and location. These are subject to standard flight terms and conditions. Virgin Money cannot be held responsible for flight delays or cancellations.
   • The prize winner is responsible for their own travel insurance requirements and ensuring all members of their party have valid passports.
5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
7. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
8. All completed entries must be received between June 7th and July 7th 2010 (inclusive).
9. Moneysupermarket.com will pass the details of the Prize Winner to Virgin Money Personal Financial Service Ltd. The Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone by Virgin Money and must respond to accept the Prize within 7 days of receiving notification of having won the Prize. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, Virgin Money reserves the right to reallocate the Prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
10. By entering the competition, the Prize Winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
11. Only one entry per person shall be accepted.
12. Moneysupermarket.com will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
13. Moneysupermarket.com are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Virgin Money and/or Moneysupermarket.com reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by Moneysupermarket.com at its sole discretion.
14. The prize winner must be over the age of 18 and have a valid passport.
15. Virgin Money and/or Moneysupermarket.com reserve the right to change the prize at its discretion if, due to circumstances outside of its control, it is not able to deliver the full prize.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
