Friday 11th June - what small DFW things have you done today?!

katsu

Happy camping Littlekel.

Today for me:
* resisted starbucks and lunch at work - ate when I got in. I did get brekkie at work (£1) but as it was a long drive and early start I'm OK with that.
*onepoll done - 10p. I don't get many surveys there, generally one or two a day.
*RM survey post logged
*checked for other surveys - none so far
* comping - will try to enter a few

Today I have/will:

1. Checked online banking
2. NSD
3. One poll survey (10p)
4. Requested products to test for boots
5. OU Essay
6. Walked dog locally
7. Store cupboard meals
8. Made Welsh cakes
9. Free scratchcard

Hi all, hope a good DFW day was had by all. :j

So far today I have: -

• Checked banking online and all ok still
• Took lunch to work again
• Dinner from stores
• Only spent 77p today (after 3 NSDs!)
• Found that red peppers are down to 40p each in Tesco so heading there to buy some and freeze them for home made chilli (yum!:T)
• Cheap night in watching the World Cup

Quite good for a Friday I thought. Have a nice night all :wave:

Yay :jIts Friday :j:j:j:j

Welcome back Milly, it is great that you now feel well enough to post :j:j:j:j

La E (I can never spell your full username ) and Littlekel, have a lovely weekend x

Olive - well done on saving so much on dry cleaning :j

Today I have:

Had breakfast at home and took lunch to work - did succumb to the choc machine this afternoon though (there goes my diet again :rotfl:) but I really don't do it very often, can't even remember the last time - not really a choc person tbh.

Checked online banking - as expected

Seen to plants and animals - ok, I still have to water plants and walk doglets

NSD except for station car park :mad: and 55p for choc machine

Will cook something for dinner a bit later, as OH is due back from his work trip this evening.

Will think about hoovering and dusting lounge (and may even do it :rotfl:) as little dog #2 has skinned a tennis ball all over the carpet and I actually don't like dayglo yellow/green carpets :rotfl:

Will sign friend's guarantor form for her flat :eek::eek: but I couldn't not help her out after the awful couple of years she has had

Apart from that I am just going to chill, as it has been a really busy week at work, and next week looks like being even worse :eek:

Cheery_Daff

Well, here we are at 7pm and I have done approximately NOTHING today. Checking in mostly to see how many things off the list I can fit in this evening! :rotfl:

* read gas meter
* tidy up (not really MSE unless you count not having a cleaner?? :rotfl:)
* next stage of bathroom DIY :rotfl:
* put washing away
* plant out free tomato plants
* PhD stuff - lots of :rotfl:
* book online train tickets for work on Monday and print
* email probation office
* [STRIKE]send email re fun day[/STRIKE]
* meal plan
* start sprouting some seeds :T
* cheery run - free (much needed) exercise:j
* write on cheery blog
* cheery bath
* put CDs on magpie (I think)
* find 5 things to ebay
* [STRIKE]sort out van insurance[/STRIKE]
* [STRIKE]transfer money between accounts[/STRIKE] (gosh I sound like Father Ted! :rotfl:)

See, I TOLD you I'd done nothing! :rotfl: Mind you, we did go food shopping (well, bought milk and fruit), and had an updated gas bill after I sent them an accurate reading - got over £200 off!! :eek: and they've reduced DD by £40+ a month - still disgustingly high but I'll be swapping soon...

(mind you, receiving the letter didn't take very long, so I have no excuses really! :rotfl: Just one of those days...)
