I just had this email from Charlotte at Instyle magazine. My emails via googlemail kept bouncing but after about 8 attempts one got through.
All I can say is keep trying.

my son won the flip flops this week got email last night, strangely though he was the third one of our family to enter, but no emails for me or OH and we know we beat his entry.
