I also wrote to them with the same problem. They are the best tablets I have ever used in the dishwasher, but my last pack like yours the green had kind of melted away and was sloshing around in the bag. It was when we had that really hot spell.
I got sent £8 in vouchers.0 -
I think that the Fairy active bursts are the best I've ever used! Will be going to Co-op tomorrow!Jane

jap200 wrote:I wrote a letter to the company that make the Fairy Active Burst tablets (Procter & Gamble? - cna't remember, but it's on the pack) because I found that the last few in the packet had leaked and stuck together.
About 10 days later I got a standard letter back from them saying that this is probably because my hands were wet when I got them out of the pack (probably true as I rinse stuff before putting it in the DW), and helpfully suggesting that I dry them first next time!
They also enclosed a £5 voucher which could be redeemed against lots of their products, but I used it in Wilkinson to get two of the half price packs almost free.
I guess that this is a common promblem that lots of people have written in to complain about, so a few more letters wouldn't hurt.........................
That was good of them - I'm surprised they coughed up, as it does say on the bag you have to reseal it every time - presumably becasue the outer film dissolves in water, it absorbs enough water from the air to start dissolving slowly over time. I put all of mine into a plastic box after I read that.0 -
I agree. Bought 150 (2 packs of 75) when the offer was on at Superdrug and have almost run out
I will never go back to cheap £ shop ones after these my dishwasher loves them lol

Get writing girls & boys - £5 for the price of a stamp!
Yeah, once I used Finish Quantum (completely rubbish) and noticed that when my hands were wet, the wrapper felt slightly sticky!0 -
I use the lidl ones too and find they do the job well.0

he he - i used them in my dishwasher once, well 3 times if you count the number of times I re-washed everything trying to get it clean. I wrote a lengthy email to Fairy describing ALL the problems I had (nothing cleaned, moved dirt around dishwasher so somethings came out worse than they went in, 3 washes failed to clean anything, ridiculously expensive for what they are and Asda Smart Price tablets much much better and they ain't the best lol). They offered me vouchers to the price I paid, which (as a fledgling MSE'r at the time) I refused as I would not have used them!"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper
