Fairy Active Burst Dishwasher Tabs

In my Co-op they are selling the 15 packs of these for £1.15.

Not bad, considering they cost £3.48 each in asda and tesco!

Have you tried them? I was wondering if they were any different to the other brands out there!

Yep, tried them cos they were cheap! I didn't notice any difference, but they don't need unwrapping - the packaging just melts in the dishwasher!

Great find, :):) but I don't live near a Coop! Here's a tip, we bought 40 Adritt dishwasher tablets from Lidl for only 2.79, that was last month and there is still a lot left, wheras normal packs run out in a couple of weeks, and the usage is mostly one a day (actually its on at night) And my 99p stores local sell finish products for 99p, like salt (Its branded Calgonite, but that is the finish version in UAE), and one near Stratford sell dishwasher freshners and pot cleaners for 99p! And the are finish too (one is neophos branded though!)

uungy, links are not allowed in signatures, I'm just telling you because people get PPRs when they do that! Just trying to help out :)
  • Superdug seem to be getting rid of some of their cleaning stuff. Today off their clearance shelves, I found boxes of Glist (48 for the price of 32) for 99p and £1.49(that's the lemon one). Needless to say I bought the 2 left on the shelf.
Those are to go with the boxes of 15 for £1 I bought in Asda earlier this week!
Hope the dishwasher keeps going for another 12 months
  • fairy active 32's are 3.39 in sainsburys atm (not as good as above deals but quite good if thats the only store you have in town!)
  • I bought a few bits in Superdrug on Saturday - some Ambi Pur car refills for 49p, De-icer for 27p etc however I did hear the staff saying the prices were reverting to normal on Monday

  • The fairy actives are the best dishwasher tabs I've ever had in my DW, but my mum says they are the worst in hers! So I guess you'll just have to give them a go. I've moved to Ecover now, and they are good too (But not cheap!)

They are on special offer in Wilkinsons as well as I got a pack of 30 for 2.99 on Saturday. They had the normal ones and lemon ones which I got but not tried them as yet

I wrote a letter to the company that make the Fairy Active Burst tablets (Procter & Gamble? - cna't remember, but it's on the pack) because I found that the last few in the packet had leaked and stuck together.

About 10 days later I got a standard letter back from them saying that this is probably because my hands were wet when I got them out of the pack (probably true as I rinse stuff before putting it in the DW), and helpfully suggesting that I dry them first next time!

They also enclosed a £5 voucher which could be redeemed against lots of their products, but I used it in Wilkinson to get two of the half price packs almost free.

I guess that this is a common promblem that lots of people have written in to complain about, so a few more letters wouldn't hurt.........................
