Homecare 400 & kitchen taps
Vegeta

My kitchen taps have become very stiff. The taps are made by Franke and I believe they take cartridges so the cartridges need replacing.
Would the Homecare 400 agreement cover "repairing" the taps?
Thanks.

Taps often fail it's something that they should cover, but (i believe) they don't.0

No, the cartridges are classed as a consumable and wont be covered by any warranty...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

What about the old style washer taps, would they be covered?0
