Broad Bean help
We are growing some broad beans but not sure if all is well - its our first year of GYO so we are still very much on a learning curve!
We have nice strong leaves, they are growing well (supported) some black and white leaves but no 'pods' as yet. The flowers are starting to die off now - should the pods appear before the flowers die?
Have googled and cant come up with much other than a picture of the flower with a pod popping out of the middle - we have none of these:(
Is anyone able to confirm whether something has gone wrong or if I am worrying over nothing.
Thanks:D

Hi,the flowers die off after pollination, then the plant produces the pods which contain the seeds, which ,in this case ,are called beans."The purpose of Life is to spread and create Happiness" :j0

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago and I thought "Oh no! My lovely bean plants are all dying!". Then I looked this evening and saw some little bean pods where the flowers had been :-)0

Thanks SO much, thought that after a lovely display of flowers they were about to start shrivelling up and keeling over.
Note to self - learn to be more patient:mad:!
Thanks again :beer:0
