Selling in the jewellery category on Amazon

I think I'm being exceptionally dense here, but I can't figure out how to sell something in the Jewellery category on Amazon. I can see that non-Amazon retailers have their own listings there, but I can't work out how to set myself up alongside them. I tried searching the help pages and it spat out one page about how to format address labels!
Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Selling non catalogue items is very difficult on Amazon you need to be an approved seller and provide bar codes etc for your items.
