Ryobi Brushcutter / Line Trimmer
Options
Hi all,
I have a large garden which I need to strim the grass around the edges to keep things tidy and edge around it......
I recently ordered a Ryobi Line Trimmer (RLT30CET)
I have been sent out a Ryobi Brush Cutter (RBC30SET)
Looking on the internet they seem almost identical, (the brush cutter comes with a blade accessory and has a different guard). The brush cutter is £30 more expensive....
I dont want to start using and find that it isnt what I need. Will this be okay for my needs?
Thanks for all your greenfingered advice

I have been looking for a new bc, and I think the only difference in these two is that the line strimer will only take line but the bc can take the metal cutter or the line (i.e. interchangeable heads). Both will strim grass but the metal blade can do thin saplings too.0

We've got a Ryobi brushcutter (from Screwfix), if you have been upgraded for no extra cost...enjoy. The blade is great for strimming brambles, but please wear goggles, OH caught the side of a discarded dustbin, flying metal missed his eye by about an inch.0
