Hi just sold my house finally,:j am now looking quickly for a solicitor wondered if anyone has used an online convencing service prices seem reasonable.Only need it for selling as moving in with gf anyone have any experience of doing it online?

I would also like to know how the online companies stack up. We're a First time Buyer, hopefully getting an offer accepted on a property we want.
They all seem pretty cheap but do you get the service that you would expect.
