Poor service from Darlings of Chelsea

Let this be a warning for others buying furniture online.

I did a lot of research to find some nice wooden furniture for the lounge and this one really stood out. I went to their Fulham showroom to have a look, saw a piece as an example and loved the quality.

It's now been 3.5 months since I placed my order. Haven't seen the funiture yet, have no idea when it will arrive, can't get the refund as 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered were already made to order. Plus their representative isn't the most trustworthy and rarely calls me when she says she will (she was meant to come back to me yesterday to arrange delivery for this week with a replacement table as the one I ordered would be another 2 months wait - still waiting for the call...).

Be warned.
