I requested avoucher today and wasn't asked for a validation code from my mobile as i have done previously maybe you should email them

Nevermind, just found out that Paypal now charge 1.5%, but if you deposit using a Debit card the fee is 0%, so i have deposited £10 (min) so that i can get the £10 piggypoints added, and then i will withdraw £10 (also free )

Confused, please help!

I finally have 1125pps in my piggybank so I have gone to the rewards section. I want to purchase a £10 Boots voucher but when I scroll down through the rewards the drop down boxes on the right hand side of the screen aren't showing. The last item I could choose is a £10 Hastings Voucher after that the 'Quantity' drop down box isn't showing.

Any ideas?

I have been a member of pigsback since 2005 but this is the first time I have tried to claim a reward!

Hi Sazere, I think the problem is that you don't have enough poiints. The Boots voucher is 1150 points, not 1125. Just another 15 to go!!!!
