Is it bad of me to book hotel rooms for work through PB? I need to book 10 rooms at 1,500 points per room! thats £130 worth of boots vouchers!:T

Of course not, i mean they need the rooms and you need the points so it's not harming anybody is it. :)

I do agree there somewhat, as it definitely doesn't cost anything to post out a cd wow voucher code via email but they still charge more than face value for it.

I don't mind paying for postage for other vouchers and even a bit for the cost of admin doing it, but i don't like paying out £1.50 or whatever for each voucher i order in one go as it takes the same postage (or 65p extra for recorded delivery if over £40) and pretty much the same workload for the person doing it. :(

i dont mind paying for postage either but it does seem a bit of a cheek for the codes that are emailed to you and like u say if u order more than one voucher the amount adds up quite a bit - especially as i recieved £40 of john lewis vouchers with a 32p stamp on not recorded or anything and 3 weeks after i ordered them

With regard to 'paying extra' for rewards - it is really the CD-Wow vouchers that I am talking about and I know pp's are not actually worth 1p each.

I can't understand why they need to be so much more than other vouchers - an admin charge of £2.05 for an £8.75 voucher when there is no postage involved !!! If that was not bad enough it goes up to £4.30 for a £20 voucher and £10.70 if you order a £50 voucher. Surely that can not be right (or is it just me!!!)?
Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!

Hmmmmm....that sounds a bit more than a little bit suss to me. Why don't you email PB and present them with the 'evidence', and ask them what's going on?

Nah - these things happen, maybe two out your family will win within a short time someday! :)
