I got the Digital Satellite Dish & Receiver Set, but i could not get a signal, i have been trying the whole day to get a signal, but no chance, so i just returned the product just now.

In order for me to get a refund, LIDL Manager said that to get a refund for £20 above the staff need to get authorisation from head office. What a bloody joke!!!!

By the way the Digital Satellite Dish & Receiver Set that i got was the last one that a staff member had kept for him/herself in the staff room.

thanks for replies. I thought there was one in coventry but the nearest one is in rugby and it seems they are sold out everywhere now so no point in going all the way over there. oh well.

That's Lidl's policy regarding refunds. Had the same problem last year when I returned a Divx Player. They sent a cjheque by post after a week or two.

Strange that you couldn't get a signal. If there's no obstruction you should get a clear signal with a dish of this size. Have you checked whether you were pointing to the right angle with the correct elevation?
