If you can't see the What's On TV comps, try using InPrivate Browsing in IE to access - it saves clearing all cookies etc.
Go to Tools in the menu bar, then InPrivate Browsing, then copy/paste comp link (OR press Ctrl+Shift+P then copy/paste)
FireFox has Private Browsing under Tools in menu bar (OR Ctrl+Shift+P)
Google Chrome has a similar feature called Incognito
