How can I get my money back?

First of all, I live in Scotland.
I am owed around £1900 from a plumber who caused considerable damage in my home.
I initially wrote to the plumber asking him to make good the damage. Then I went to trading standards; then I took the plumber to the small claims court in Glasgow and won; then the charge was issued though a Sheriff Officer.
Of course, the plumber simply ignored all correspondence. So I am further out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
What can I do next? I am aware that the plumber is resident at the same address (a five bedroomed, four car household) and is no doubt continuing to rip off other people. Retrieval prospects would appear to be fair - but how do I do it?
Any advice you can offer would be very much appreciated.
Thanks

I'm not sure about Scotland but in England after winning a small claims case if you are still not paid you must fill in a court form instructing them to effectively force the payment. I believe it involves a fee but they just add it onto the money owed by whoever lost the case. There may be some info on the scottish court service website or get in touch with citizen's advice scotland?0
