Is it ethical - A weight loss auction

Hi all
Just wanted some opinions on something
I created a bit of a weight loss tool on microsoft excel that worked really well for me and a friend of mine (lost 1/2 a stone in 2 weeks and then maintained weight whilst adding muscle in the next two weeks... and more importantly have kept the weight off). I am tempted to try marketting it on ebay, but just wanted to know if it sounds ethical to you guys (ie, targetting a certain section of the community), or even just a bad idea... i only ask because i know 99.9% of weight loss auctions are pure cr*p and i don't want to be labelled alongside them
There'll be no lies and no "guarenteed to lose weight" type slogans
i'm posting this on MSE cos i know there's always messages on here regarding losing weight, and as a money saver myself, i wanted to try and tie in a money saving aspect to the auction as well (watch your weight come down and your bank balance go up kinda thing)...
i'm not even sure i'd be able to sell a single unit but hey it might be worth a try! any advice from you guys would be great, and i'd really appreciate your thoughts
thanks

Most of these things run into problems because they claim miracles but if you word it correctly I don't see why not.
You might want to check ebay rules and then see if anyone is doing anything similar.
You will live and die on your feedback though and that probaly won't come through for a few weeks/months after purchase.0
