Hi all. Apologies if this is in the wrong section but I'm new to this and am in much need of advice!! I recently transferred £110 to my partner's online account with Ladbrokes and the money never went in. Upon speaking to them,they said that because it had been transferred from a third party that they should just bounce back. This has never happened. I have spoken to them numerous times and asked them to send this back to me and all they keep saying is they can't find the money,contact my bank to reverse the payments. I have also done this and the bank have even issued me letters to say that the money has gone into the Ladbrokes account and say on the bottom to show them to the beneficiary as proof of payment. My bank even put a tracking code on there to help Ladbrokes locate this money. Even with this, Ladbrokes are saying they cannot locate the money and are still saying contact your bank. I am losing the will now and this money was from my savings. Obviously I thought my partner could pay me back but now I feel like I have lost it completely!! Any help much appreciated
