Tesco Home Phone and Broadband

Hi Everyone,
Need some help with my home phone and broadband choice. I am thinking about changing to Tesco Home Phone and Broadband package (currently with Virgin and paying through the nose) but wonder if what they are offering is too good to be true. It is anytime calls free (apart from 0870 etc.) unlimited downloads (fair usage policy applies) and up to 20 meg broadband for £23 including clubcard points - 1 per £1 spent plus 1000 points at the start. Advice please before I jump in feet first and find it is a pig in a poke as can't find much in the way of reviews for it.
Thanks :)

If it's available in your area then it's probably Cable & Wireless or Bulldog LLU that Tesco are reselling.
http://www.samknows.com/old/broadband/search.php LLU Operator Presence will show C&W/Bulldog enabled.
Fairly recent for Tesco so not much info. No idea about their support but pricing is certainly tempting.
