Chinese Willow?
My elderly neighbour has an absolutely beautiful small tree in her garden (big bush?) which she says she thinks is a chinese willow. At the moment the end leaves are gorgeous pink/cream and it looks like a honeysuckle growing over the tree.
Well Ive googled but I cant find it. The photos of a chinese willow seem to be much like a weeping willow.
Anyone please?

Hethmar is right I think! Flamingo Tree - Salix integra 'Hakuro Nishiki'
These trees tend to come as 'top worked' - i.e. grafted on top of a long stem at various heights , so what you buy is generally the final height of the tree.
They are do suffer with 'graft failure' occasionally - where the join fails and the top dies. Unfortunately there is nothing you can.
